职位描述
品质管理课主管/品质保证课担当
提供薪资：月薪6,000-10,000元（税前） （奖金另计）
工作内容:
◆根据公司及部门发展规划，确定所需人员的资格条件、工作步骤，合理分配工作任务；
◆制定并完善本部门各种管理制度（目标管理、技能管理、早会、业务教育培训等）
◆监控工艺状态，对工艺参数的改变对产品的影响进行认定，并论证设定的合理性；
◆根据公司整体质量状况组织质量控制方案，监控产品全程质量（索赔、归还、监控等）
◆定期评估解决的工艺或控制方案；
◆制定产品质量检验标准、产品信息反馈、统计流程；
◆处理客户反馈，依据反馈改善质量控制；
◆总结产品质量问题并推动相关部门及时解决；
◆主持来料检验及出货评审工作；
◆协助跟踪产品的使用情况并提供改善意见；
◆了解公司的各项体系质量方针、目标和指标，并遵守公司规定的管理方案。
◆制定涉及品管过程中的环境目标和指标、环境管理方案和运行控制文件。
◆对本部门环境管理体系运行过程中各种记录进行有效管理和控制。
◆配合其它部门开展管理体系活动。
◆完成上级委派的其他任务。
任职要求
◆电气、机械或工业工程专业大专以上学历。
◆受过生产管理、产品知识、全面品质管理等方面的培训。
◆4年以上品质管理工作经验。
◆熟悉公司的工艺工序、工作原理；
◆熟练掌握公司产品及生产工艺技术应用方面的知识；
◆熟悉国际质量体系专业知识。
◆日语二级以上或日常、工作沟通无障碍。
◆有较强的责任心，能吃苦耐劳，富有团队精神。
