职位描述:

任职要求:
年龄：30至43岁，性别不限。
理工类专业（机械、电气类优先）本科以上学历。
受过项目管理、管理学等方面的培训。
5年以上从事生产类企业现场设备管理相关经验。
技能技巧:
熟悉机械类企业设备特点（压铸、注塑、机加工行业优先），有设备维护经验等；
有较好的理论基础和技术工作经验；
日语2级以上；
有TPM经验者待遇从优。
态 度:
有责任心，忍耐力、积极认真、不找借口、善于动脑筋克服困难带领他人实现目标。
能够从他人角度考虑，善于与各类性格的人交往，善于沟通与其他部门协作；
熟悉ISO体系，丰富的现场品质管理经验；
熟悉品质管理手法；
能够编制质量管理系统文件；
有质量管理体系建设经验。
