Job description:

- Support technology needs by working with silicon foundries in process/device development, IP evaluation, cost/reliability improvements, DFM issues, production debug and yield enhancement.

- Give design team suggestion per best understanding to process and device technology for optimal design cycle time, quality and cost.

- Managing product tape-out, fab-out, corner splits and engineering WIP.

- Managing fab interface, technology documents.

- Support competitor parts and technology analysis.

Qualifications:

- 4+ years process integration experiences, tech. development related experience is preferred.

- Good understanding to semiconductor devices, especial NVM device.

- Good understanding to device and process reliability, especial NVM reliability.

- Can read, write & listen to English well, fluent spoken English is preferred.

- Test key design and device probe skill is preferred

- Must be a good team player.
