Job Description:

1.Make recommendation on test strategy. (DFT, DFM, test development and production).

2.Define test methodology and write test specification.

3.Test pattern generation and debug.

4.Develop test program as well as test hardware for IC testing on ATE.

5.Optimize test program and hardware to improve test coverage, yield and test time cost down.

6.Responsible for Time-to-Market and Time-to-Volume engineering work.

Skill Description:

1.Experienced on IC test development and production.

2.Familiar SOC, embedded memory test and its test method.

3.Have good knowledge on MCU and mixed-signal test.

4.Experienced on test program development on ATE, such like J750, V50, or others.

5.Have experience on test optimization and production improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

1.Educational background and degree-level: BSEE or MSEE.

2.Field and years of work-experience: >3 years work experience in IC test field, experienced on test develop and production.

3.Good communication skill, self-motivation, work in a team.
