Our company seeks a professional and trustworthy employee to take the lead as our R&D Project and Engineering Manager. This person must be willing to work hard to manage a group of Mechanical, Electrical and Electro-mechanical project/production engineers to assure projects/productions details are followed as well as schedules and timelines met.
This position is full-time and does not permit the employee to retain other employment outside of the company.

Requirements:

- Minimum 7 years in mechanical and electrical engineering experience in electronics and electro-mechanical assemblies (“Box Builds”) and associated R&D activities.
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or related discipline desirable but equivalent work experience is acceptable.
- Experience to develop and implement new products from concept to manufacturing release.
- Manage product development team and skillful in DFM, DFT, DVT.
- SolidWorks design skill and tooling development skill.
- Rich experience in mechanical and electro-mechanical materials, components, assemblies, processes and/or equipment.
- Rich Knowledge of electrical components, PCB, PCBA, Wire Harness manufacturing and other electrical components along with the ability to evaluate designs and processes, building test fixtures and test procedures, ROHS knowledge.
- Good command of project management, coordinate and manage vendor activities in supply chain to support development as well as timelines to manufacturing.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, able to communicate direct to overseas clients and engineering team.
- Ability to work independently and faithfully
- CET6/8 in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin).

？ Ability to manage and coordinate several projects at one time through multiple departments to assure tasks are completed and times-lines are met.
？ Ability to evaluate supplier manufacturing processes as well as implement new manufacturing processes to meet product and quality requirements.
？ Manage staff to assure sourcing, quality and production engineering activities meet project requirements.
？ Assist in locating, inspecting and qualifying new vendors.
？ Responsive communication to support other China offices as well as the corporate office.
