Sourcing Execution Analyst - Logistics

Accenture Shenzhen is seeking a Procurement Professional to provide full, life cycle procurement support of business driven projects in Logistics for Fortune 1000 companies.

The ideal candidate is personable, diligent, analytic, and willing to pursue increasing level of responsibility. You will have frequent interaction with team members, internal stakeholders and external customers in the execution of projects that help customers achieve significant value in the form of improved pricing, quality, delivery and other aspects of total cost.

These positions present significant opportunity to grow in to leadership and management roles.

Specifically, you will

·Support or lead sourcing projects including RFx execution, spend data and bid responses analytics, supplier negotiation, award recommendations, business case presentations, and supplier contracting in Logistics category including Transportation, warehousing, small parcel and freight forwarding areas of spend. Ensure the consistent delivery of sourcing services and supporting activities that meet and exceed savings and SLA targets.

· Perform supplier research and identification and perform RFQ analyses such as rate card analyses, basic TCO, and supplier SWOT analysis. You will be accountable for Asia-Pacific regional marketing intelligence development.

· Participate in initiatives aimed at improving productivity and efficiency to support company and account growth.

· Result oriented- offer creative solutions to support sourcing projects and achieve desired results.

· Ensure the consistent delivery of sourcing services and support activities that meet and exceed savings and SLA targets

· Seek out opportunities to drive creativity and innovation within each sourcing project, while ensuring adherence to quality and timeliness standards

Job Requirements:

· The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, independent self-starter that thrives on challenge and delivering exceptional results. The candidate must possess a desire to learn and deliver as a true team player

· 2+ years of sourcing/vendor selection and management experience in a procurement, logistics, materials management or supply chain manufacturing / consulting environment with demonstrated track record of delivering results.

· Excellent communication skills written and verbal in both English and Mandarin including formal presentation skills. English CET 6 is a must.

· University graduates (Minimum of a Bachelor's degree) with majors in languages, business, economics, mathematics, statistics, and computer science, engineering or similar. Other majors are welcomed to apply.

· Strong multi-phase project management skills, and multi-tasking skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Access skills are a plus but not required.

· Ability to adapt communications and ambiguity to conform to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our customers

Travel:

Travel may be required for this position and will vary from a minimum of 0% up to potentially 15%.
