The Position:

Position Title: Senior Sourcing Analyst - MRO & FS

Location: Shenzhen/Shanghai, China

Reports to: Regional Sourcing Lead

Position Description:

The Senior Analyst positions will be responsible for providing cross-functional business analysis support in a variety of customer-facing roles. Almost immediately after joining Accenture, our analysts are assigned to streams of project-based work in the areas of Strategic Sourcing, Market Intelligence and Category Management through opportunity assessments and supporting the development of detailed, fact-based business cases. The ideal candidate is personable, diligent, analytic, and not afraid of responsibility.

Duties may include the following:

- Performing data collection

- Perform total cost of ownership evaluations, leveraging supply market research and conduct pricing audits and impact analysis for the pursuit of continuous cost improvements

- Conducting supply market research and benchmarking

- Creating, managing and analyzing RFP's (Request for Proposals)

- Developing new sourcing and category management tools/methods

- Performing numerous problem-solving functions to ensure client satisfaction with Accenture's services

- Category and supplier performance management, including savings tracking and reporting, supplier survey and scorecard, compliance management, CI or VIR management, supplier business review.

Qualifications:

- The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, independent self-starter that thrives on challenge and

delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate must possess a desire to learn and deliver as a true

team player.

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree

- 5+ years' experience in a procurement, logistics, materials management or supply chain manufacturing/consulting environment with demonstrated track record of delivering results

- University graduates with majors in languages, mathematics, statistics, and computer science, engineering or similar. Other majors are welcomed to apply.

- Strong multi-phase project management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong multi-tasking skills

- Ability to meet deadlines

- Ability to work in teams and build strong relationships

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word

- Adaptable communication ability to conform to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our customers

- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal in both English and Mandarin including formal

presentation skills; CET 6 is a must.

Travel:

Travel may be required for this position and will vary from a minimum of 0% up to potentially 10%.
