General Responsibilities 职责描述
? Adhere to the company rules and regulations at all times.

? Comply with company grooming and uniform standards unless the F&B General Manager gives specific exceptions.

Planning and Organization
? Support implementation of revenue generation initiatives.
协助营业额的增长
? Assist delivering and measuring promotional activities, including staff incentives.
协助执行推广活动,包括员工的奖励制度
? Facilitate the implementation of business strategies and conduct regular strategy update meetings.
协助执行业务策略,并须定期修正会议内容
? Ensure customer request and feedback, both verbal and written are responded to promptly and efficiently.
确保客人的要求及反馈意见,能够得到口头或书面形式快速并有效的回复
? Seek and maximize revenue opportunities and minimize costs.
寻找并且最大化收支机会,并最大化降低成本
? Be a change agent, consistently reviewing service delivery.

保证对每个班次的安排情况进行必要的检查,并及时吧班次的安排通知给相关人员

? Develop with the Manager, a calendar of events to include all training and review their effectiveness.
与经理协作,制订所有培训计划及成绩考核的时间安排表
? Assist in employee relations, giving guidance to supervisory and rank and file staff.

Set process, Measures and drive improvements in quality
? Customer service
· Customer requests, queries or complaints are administered within 24 hours.
在24小时内一定要对客人的要求、询问及投诉给出相关处理方法并妥善解决
· Clear understanding of guest expectations

· Delivery of Sales targets with Manager

? People Development
o Assist in execution of Calendar of training.
协助制订培训计划时间表并依照时间表来对员工进行培训

保证每位员工对工作要求都有清晰地认识
o Employee relations are dealt with in line with company standards and legal obligations.

Minimum Technical Competency/ Personal Specifications
1. Completed a Hospitality course in a technical college or Hotel school (Preferable).
必须具备相应技术学校或大学毕业证书。
2. Similar experience in a previous position in a Hotel or Free Standing Restaurant.
具备相关工作经验。
3. Effective interpersonal skills team player.
具备良好的沟通及协作能力。
4. Happy outgoing personality.
性格开朗。
5. Goal driven personality, wants to grow and learn.
