Adhere to the company rules and regulations at all times.

Comply with company grooming and uniform standards unless the F&B General Manager gives specific exceptions.
遵守公司仪容及着装规定。具有餐饮部总经理特别许可的情况除外。
Display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues.
任何时候须向客人和同事展示令人愉悦的礼貌和积极的服务态度，并以此提升公司的良好形象。
Protect the health, safety and well being of our guests and colleagues.

Develop a positive, direct and open relationship with all colleagues.

Have detailed knowledge of department Standards and operating procedures.

Unique Responsibilities
Have a clear knowledge of the menu, wine and beverage offerings including specials and promotional material and be able to provide suitable recommendations to the guests.
对于餐厅内菜单及酒单上的所以项目都熟悉，包括一些特色项目跟促销产品项目，能根据不同的客户需求推荐与之相适应的产品
Always suggestive selling of menu selling, beverages and wines.
推荐性销售菜单上的所有项目，包括饮料及酒类
Monitor the preparation of station assignment, ensuring compliance to departmental standards.
监督分配区域的准备工作，确保遵从部门标准。
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and working conditions of departmental equipment and work area.
监督工作区域的清洁和部门设备的维修情况。
Actively seeking verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis.
积极规范地寻求客人的反馈
Agree and implement actions to make improvements to customer service.
不断提高和改进服务质量
Positively dealing with and earning from customer complaints and comments.
积极地应对客人的投诉和建议
Making sure all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively.

Having detailed knowledge of departmental Standards and operating procedures.

Be able to prioritize work assignments & delegate work.

Good level of written and verbal English.

Minimum Technical Competency/ Personal Specifications 要求
1.Completed a Hospitality course in a technical college or Hotel school ( Preferable ).
必须具备相应技术学校或大学毕业证书。
2.Similar experience in a previous position in a Hotel or Free Standing Restaurant.
具有相关工作经验。
3.Effective interpersonal skills team player.
能够良好的与他人沟通并具有团队合作精神。
4.Happy outgoing personality.
性格外向，开朗。
5.Goal driven personality, wants to grow and learn.
有一定目标，并想在学习中成长的。
