?To ensure local customer contact with focus on Industry market leaders & nominated Key Account Customers
? To achieve sales targets in accordance with IS Strategic Plan
? Sales lead on projects shall decided by the RSM & Industry BU manager
? Guide and assist the sales management, Solution Development and Design Estimating team in order to achieve sales goals, maintaining good coordination and communication between departments.
? Manage and organise the pre-sales activity in accordance with customer’s requirements.
? Manage and coordinate pre-sales activity in accordance with the standard procedures of IS group.
? See attached a copy of the IS process
? Be responsible to ensure sound cost control behavior is practiced

? Be of Engineering background preferred
? Have at least 10 years solution sales experience
? Good technical skill especially in mechanical and automation areas
? Broad knowledge of targeted Key Industries
? Good interpersonal skill and persuasion/negotiation skills
? Detail-driven, persistent, trust-worthy and creative
? Fluent written and spoken English
