Requirements:
1.Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Electronics Engineering
2.Good track record in manufacturing & managerial position employs for MNC, proven more than 7 years as plant manager or GM in light manufacturing / electronics industry with P&L accountability.
3.Excellent in manufacturing operations with matrix reporting
4.Excellent in Network / Communication skills.
5.Possess strong management & leadership, Strong analysis, detail and strategic thinking.
6.Capable working in stressful and speed pace environment
7.Experience in Project Management, start-up new manufacturing facility or growth business to the next height and Implementation of change management will be advantages.
8.Can read & write good English (Mandarin will be advantage)
9.Hand-on experience in OEM/ODM.
10.For foreigner, proven 5 years work experience in China a must
