其产品为安全防护产品的眼镜和面部防护
Report to ：Product Line Leader – Above the neck
Job responsibilities:
1. Work with GPLL(global product line leader) to lead strategic marketing planning and develop long term business strategies of E/F/H lines to support business objectives and achieve financial goals for both China mainland and rest of Asia region;
2. Develop proper marketing plans for each sub-category under E/F/H family based on the insight of the market, customer, competition, channel, and other business factors in order to remain the current winning position in target industrial sectors;
3. Understand industry trends, category performance, competitive landscapes thru market research, VOC, customer visit, seminars to identify gaps and opportunities
4. Identify, develop and implement product launches (NPI, re-launch, line extension, packaging revamp, etc.) by collaborating with key functional resources such as R&D, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Marcomm to ensure projects are well align with target launch timeline.
5. Manage product portfolio thru rationalization, pricing tools, VE/CE, promotion to improve overall portfolio competitiveness and then grow business.
6. Develop and Implement E-commerce and Retail business model to support E/F/H lines and further opportunities for rest of lines under HSP.
7. Provide day to day product line support to business team including SIOP, SAP, Special Price Approval, Marcomm plans, Trade shows, Key customer activities etc.
Educational & Other Requirements
?Bachelor degree in business is required.
?Strong strategic thinking and drive for result.
?Min 3-5 years experience in product marketing, MNC/Retail background is preferred.
?Demonstrate strong business mindset, innovative marketing skills(business planning, presentation skill), effective communication, team work spirit
?Strong interpersonal skills.
?Proficient in both written and oral English
?Highly self motivated and Accountable
