Job Responsibilities:


1. Familiar with best logistical practices and ensure smooth daily operation;

2. Manage daily ordering, customs clearance, inventory operations;

3. Make optimistic inventory base on stock on hand, stock in transit and demand;

4. Set safety inventory, maximum inventory level according to sales level, leading time, ordering cycle etc.;

5. Control customs declaration process, develop and maintain good relationships with local customs and other authorities;

6. Manage transportation for both domestic & oversea shipment and monitor all logistic functions cost-effectively;

7. Other relevant operation responsibilities.



Job Requirements:



1. Bachelor degree or above, 7 years working experience in related field;

2. At least 3 years team management experiences as operation manager;

3. Detail oriented, strong sense of customer service;

4. Good knowledge and skills in import operation, experience with 3PL is a must;

5. Good computer skills and familiar with SAP system;

6. Proficient Oral and written English.
