Responsibilities :

A. Order handling 订单处理

1. Key the export and local orders in the K3 data system and excel document

在金蝶系统中录入出口和内销订单数据和制作Excel 表格

2. Check the material and reference the purchaser’s feedback ,check price list then finish order confirmation

核实物料、物料的采购信息、价格信息并完成订单的确认。

3. Define the shipping plan and arrange the cargo list to I/E person

确定船期计划，安排物料清单给到出口专员

4. Compose daily, weekly and monthly report on volume and value

根据数量和价值， 完成日报，周报和月报表

5. Finish GP report of 3^rd party monthly

完成第三方的月报

B. Material control 物料控制

1. Update order status and run K3 system 9:00 morning

每天早晨9:00 更新订单信息和K3 信息

2. Make the material shortage list to sourcing according to the received orders

根据已收的订单，制作物料短缺表给到采购部明确的采购信息

3. Rise and follow the material shortage according to the material status and production plan

根据物料情况和生产计划，增加和跟踪物料短缺情况

4. Check the est. arrival date of imported materials

核实进口材料达到的日期

5. Effective inventory control to achieve inventory turns (Raw material , WIP material and finished goods

进行有效的存货控制达到存货周转

C. Production plan 生产计划

1. Check the materials status then release material requisition to WH, record production series

核实物料情况，发物料领料单给到仓库，记录生产系列号

2. Check with Han and warehouse, finish K3 stock-in requisition when FG are ready and update production plan

与生产和仓库核实信息，在K3系统中完成库存领料信息，更新生产计划

3. Daily WIP report to financial department

完成在产品的日报告给到财务部

4. Check long time inventory and make suggestions of promotions and sell outs

核实长期的库存并给到促销的相关建议

Skill and Knowledge Required :

l Junior college degree or above, major in Engineering.

大专或以上学历，工程专业

l At least 3 years working experience in planning function , have experience with Kingdee K3 system

至少有3年在计划职能的工作经验，和K3系统的工作经验

l Be familiar with planning work, MRP system and relative application and software.

熟悉计划，物料需求计划和相关申请流程和软件的运用

l Good English skill, good software skill.

良好的英语和软件技能

l Good communication and interpersonal skills.

善于沟通的技能

l Have sense for details and urgency
