THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with internal teams to make sure orders go through the funnel

Ensures escalation of issues to ensure promote resolution

Ensure smooth communication between teams so orders can be processed on time

Any other work as assigned by the Order Processing & QC Manager

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

Fluent in English

Proactive and accountable

1 + years overall processing and manufacturing experience

Meticulous in working, pay attention to detail

Able to work under pressure and meet deadline, accept overtime work

Able to work in a team
