Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the effective execution and ongoing support of Salesforce projects and initiatives

2.Identify the potential enhancements by communicating with global Sales, Marketing and Operation teams to ensure that Salesforce system is fully utilized within the org.

3.Understand Salesforce development methods and work on the technical projects with the joint efforts of internal and external resources.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree with a major in Computer science

2.Smart and eager to learn

3.Strong oral and written English skills

4.Experience in web-based development (J2EE or .Net and Html/AJAX/Jscript, etc.)

5.At least two years hands-on experiences as a salesforce developer

6.Skilled and solid experience in Apex, Visual Force, SFDC Web Service, etc.

7.Capability on drafting the requirement/design document.

8.Familiarly with software development life cycle.

9.Pass SFDC DEV 401 exam will be considered as a plus.
