Responsibilities职责:
负责在线QQ和400电话的值班。
解决用户视频对话上课出现的技术问题及突发问题。
负责学生请假及外教请假的问题。
负责课程的调整及与家长沟通。
负责每天给学生发送上课提醒短信。
Requirements要求:
1.大专及以上学历，一年以上工作经验，优秀应届毕业生亦可；
2.亲和力好，语音甜美，沟通能力强；
3.对网络和办公软件熟练操作、打字较快；
4.英语书写和表达能力流利优先；
5.有电话客服经验优先；
