工作职责：
1. 履行学校制定的班级课程计划，并按照学校制定的要求进行授课
2. 严格遵守学校的课程管理程序，并按要求实施
3. 与学校保持良好的联系，将学员提供的信息、发现的课程中存在的问题和建议及时反馈给中心等
4. 参与学校组织的学员活动

职位要求:
1. 英语专业本科以上学历或英语教育相关专业学习背景
2. 口语发音纯正，表达流利，达到或接近native speaker水平
3. 具有至少一年以上成人英语全英文小班教学经验
4. 热情开朗，富有朝气，乐观积极，有耐心及亲和力
5. 有TEFL /TESOL 执教资格证者优先考虑
6. 有海外留学及工作经历优先
7. 能够保证稳定的授课时间
