Occupation development职业发展：

课程销售主管——中心主管

Responsibilities 职责：

1.向顾客介绍课程，负责向客户解释本中心的教学方法并回答客户提出的问题；

2.协助校方管理，包括学员的招收及学员情况跟踪，协助安排学员课程；

3.为课程顾问提供客户服务、课程销售、关系建立等方面的培训、支持；

4.根据校方的企业目标建立课程顾问的部门工作目标，协助中心总监的工作；

5.按时完成工作日志和工作计划，建立潜在顾客，公司和学员的数据库；

6.定期参加会议和培训，合同修改等其他工作。

Requirements 职位要求 ：

1.大专以上学历，英语口语良好；

2.具备良好的销售市场营销技能，拥有两年以上课程顾问或相关行业销售经验，并一直保持良好业绩；

3.具备良好的沟通技巧和处理矛盾冲突等问题的能力；

4.高度的客户服务意识和责任感；

5.良好的管理和组织协调能力；

6.有团队合作精神，能够承受压力，对工作有奉献精神；

7.具有顾问式销售、教育培训、保险、及英语培训经历者优先。
