Job Description:
1.Local IT and network support for users in the MoneySwap Shanghai office; assist in the configuration of computer workstations and troubleshooting of problems;
2.Remote helpdesk support for MoneySwap users in other offices;
3.Responsible for the on-site maintenance of the software and hardware systems located in the Shanghai office, including computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, access control systems, telephones and others;
4.Responsible for the IT room management, and ensures administrative tasks such as backups and access rights administration are performed according to company policy;
5.Serve as technical contact for coordination with IT vendors and service providers;
6.Serve as technical contact for MoneySwap partners and clients;
7.Provide technical support and assistance for MoneySwap customers, especially for technical integration issues;
8.Handle training on the use of MoneySwap IT systems and tools including Sharepoint and Lync;
9.May also be assigned other tasks from time to time.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent courses
2.Minimum 8 years of related work experience
3.Good organization and coordination skills
4.Good troubleshooting, problem solving skills and technical skills
5.Excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English
6.Very good knowledge of Windows server and desktop environments
7.Very good knowledge of computer hardware, network equipment and technologies
8.Good knowledge of collaboration and productivity tools such as Sharepoint, Lync, VoIP systems
9.Good knowledge of Internet and Microsoft .NET integration technologies
10.Strong awareness on network and data security
11.Experience in handling and coordinating IT projects
12.Willing to render additional hours if needed.
