职位描述
Main responsibilities:
1.Oversee HQ and other subsidiaries’ cash management operation.
2.Prepare cash flow forecast and reporting.
3.Establish early warning mechanism in cash.
4.Develop and manage strategies, operations and policies related to the treasury function, including cash flow forecast, cash management, and payment processing.
5. Participate in M & A activities, providing support, advice and guidance to management for review and decision making.
6.Manage and maintain sound banking relationships. Negotiate bank fees and professional services and products;
7.Work closely with internal and external departments/parties, and ensure treasury support and management highly effective.
8. Watch closely to any new issued financial rules and policies globally in Solar PV industry.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree and above, majoring in finance or related.
2.Minimum of 5 years’ Treasury Manager experience in MNC environment.
3.Strong analytical skills and details oriented.
4.Good sense of balance sheet optimization.
5.Excellent skills of Excel & PowerPoint. Knowledge & experience of ERP system.
6.Fluent in English (spoken & written).
7.Mature with excellent communication skills and capacity to drive plans.
8.Adaptable, quick learning and be able to work under pressure.
