Overview:

Knowledge of knit and woven fabric.

Good sense of color.

Speak and write English and Mandarin fluently.

Well organized and detail oriented.

Ability to handle large workload.

Day to day responsibilities:

Receive fabric for approval daily.

Review color, print and fabric quality of fabric for approval.

Work with dyecut punch equipment and scale to weigh fabric.

Work with Gregtag Macbeth light box and Datacolor computer color analyzing system.

Create and issue comment sheets based on fabric approvals-Chinese and English

Communicate with merchandisers, GSO fabric approval team and Dept. manager via email in English.

Updte pending purchase order chart daily-knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Update pending development charts-knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Cut fabric samples, create labels, put on hangers for reference.

Send fabric samples to GMA offices worldwide.

Travel to factories as needed.
