职位：高级工程师
Position: Senior Engineer

Job Responsibility:
1、独立和带领团队完成复杂的设备改造与设计及功能性评估与完善；
Leading team work to advance design and development of new fork lift truck projects and complete complex equipment modification; design and function assessment; preparing and controlling testing and verification.

2、根据设计编制工艺文件，制定外协部件的技术要求；
According to the design documents to set up the technical requirements of the outsourced parts.

3、指导生产部完成生产，检查完成情况；
Support production department to complete production, and check the procedure.

4及时完成相关的设计技术文档；
Finish the design task in time. Keep on project schedule

5、根据客户、生产的需要，对机械产品的设计提出改进方案并及时执行；
According to the requirement of customer and production process, improve the design propose and implement in time.


Requirement：
1、 大专以上学历，机械设计、设备自动化及制造等专业毕业，高级工程师资质证；
Above college degree, mechanical design or related major, senior engineer license is required.

2、 十年或以上非标设备机构设计经验，五年以上同职位工作经验，精通机械动作原理、液压系统，材料选用，能够解决机械设计、制造和工艺等方面的疑难问题,熟悉叉车基本原理。能够组织、协调一个团队完成复杂设备的设计。特别优秀者工作年限可放宽至八年或以上；
Over 10years experience on mechanical design and preparation of drawings with electronic development systems.
More than 5 year manager experience
Familiar with EC machinery directive. Familiar with EN / DIN standards for lift truck development as EN3691 is preferable

3、具备丰富的结构设计、传动设计、造型设计经验，具有机械加工、钣金件、模具和材料工艺知识；
With rich structural design, transmission design, experience design, machining, sheet metal parts, molds and materials technology knowledge

4、熟悉计算机绘图，精通CATIA, UG, Solid Works设计软件；
Familiar with computer graphics, at least proficient in a 2D, 3D design software; eg: CATIA, UG, Solid Works

5.熟悉SAP系统，熟练操作PC office 软件。
Familiar with SAP and Office software.

5、具有优秀的系统设计与分析能力，强烈的责任心和敬业精神
Good ability on system design and analysis capabilities, a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism

6、优秀的英语听说读写能力
Excellent English communicate skill
