岗位职责：

1、全面负责公司门诊中心各个科室的的市场运作和经营管理；
2、制定公司整体业务发展规划和年度工作计划并组织实施；
3、负责公司的组织和文化架构建设；
4、不断优化调整组织流程，提高组织的运营效率；
5、负责领导、管理和协调各科室的工作，建立有效的团队协作机制；
6、维持并开拓各方面的外部关系。

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历
2、拥有经营、管理整个企业的丰富经验
3、善于制定企业发展战略，具备极强的全局把控能力、出色的商业判断力，胜任各种商务合作的谈判；
4、具备优秀的领导沟通、协调调度、指挥组织、开拓能力和团队合作精神
5. 英语流利者优先
