1、负责档案管理、客户管理以及各项工作计划的落实；
2、负责直营连锁店销售管理制度的拟订与执行，明确销售目标；
3、根据公司工作质量标准，考核各区域的各项管理工作，及时检查各工作流转程序的各个环节，发现问题及时处理，保证公司各项工作的正常运转；
4、对下属门店营业员的全面领导、管理，并和相关部门做好及时的沟通；
5、建立规范、高效运营管理体系及可执行的与日常营运相关的业务流程，运营标准并组织实施及优化完善。
岗位要求：
1、全日制本科以上学历，管理或市场营销专业；
2、具有营运管理岗位5年以上工作经验；
3、熟知终端店铺运作程序、多店管理经验，具备对市场渠道规划、对不同合作形式的客户管理经验；
4、工作认真细致，责任心及原则性强；
5、具有良好的计划与执行能力、判断能力、沟通能力、抗压能力。
福利：四金，双休，年底14薪。

Requirement:
1, full-time bachelor degree or above, majoring in management and marketing professional;
2, operation management position with 5 years or above working experience;
3, known as operation procedure, many shop terminal shop management experience, have to market channel planning, to different form of cooperation customer management experience;
4, work hard meticulous, responsibility and principled strong;
5, has the good to plan and execute judgment ability, ability, communication skills and able to work under pressure.
