职位描述
1. 负责设备调试，现场挤出工艺、技术文件的制定，保证挤出工艺能够严格执行
2. 负责挤出产品生产流程优化，有效解决生产中出现的质量问题
3. 负责挤出模具的管理，维护和保养
4. 负责产品产能提升与优化，新模具试模并跟进
5. 负责技术员的培训工作
6. 参与车间挤出设备管理，为生产提供设备技术支持
职位要求
1. 5年以上挤出行业生产工艺管理经验，对高分子材料非常熟悉
2. 熟悉挤出机的工艺操作，具有相当丰富的塑料挤出工艺经验
3. 对精密挤出成型生产线及各类精密挤出模具的设计有一定的经验
4. 有质量控制的经验优先考虑
