-Create and maintain quality documents and templates

-Participation on project- , Risk-Management-; FMEA-; Review-; Q-Gate meetings

-Review -planning and -preparation

-Quality status meetings

-Monthly PQA report

-Eng. Process-, Method-, Tool coaching

-Eng. Process-, Method-, Tool improvement

-Evaluates the customer quality and other relevant requirements

-Prepares QA action plan and tracks QA issues to closure

-Check compliance to process

-Moderate/Perform reviews, assessments and audits

-Identify systematic issues between the ongoing projects

-Provides process training and mentoring if required

-Ensure that points from Lessons Learned will lead back to relevant process to avoid issue next time

-Diagnostics of critical projects with regard to critical deliverables & risks

-Responsible for PQA work products like Quality plan, Quality Record, Review Record, Corrective action plan, Quality criteria.

Key Competencies:

-Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Quality or Automotive

-Certified Engineer or chartered Engineer.

-Experience in the development of automotive industry, automotive supplier

-Experience in the quality control of automotive

-Ability to work in a team.

-Good Knowledge with PC and application programs

-Good English communication skills
