Responsibilities

Finance aspect:

? The Finance and HR Manager is responsible for the overall good maintenance of accounting books and systems.
? Review monthly and annual financial reports to ensure compliance with group financial policy as well as statutory financial requirements.
? Liaison with external parties, e.g. auditors, tax agents and government agencies.
? Work with the sales team for contracts review.
? Forecast cash flow requirements and, in consultation with Asia HQ to request inter-bank transfers to meet cash needs.
? Annual budgeting exercise.

HR aspect:

? Maintain and review from time to time all systems related to HR management in the organization (leave, payroll, medical payments and employee files).
? Maintain and review from time to time job descriptions for all positions in the
organization.
? Maintain, implement and review from time to time an annual staff appraisal
System and staff hand book.
? In collaboration with Heads of Departments to design and implement a staff
training needs assessment tool.
? Overseas work with the Heads of Departments on the recruitment process and headcount requirements.
? Annual budgeting exercise.

Pre-requisites:

? Preferably a Degree in Accountancy/ Finance
? Min 8 - 10 years of experience in Finance and HR related field, preferably with audit exposure in Big Four.
? Good knowledge in China labour laws.
? Good Supervisory skills.
