工作职责：

1、各类办公行政用品的申请、发放、控制管理；

2、供应商日常管理及评估（饮用水/午餐/；

3、车辆管理（班车/员工车辆/访客车辆等）；

4、厂区日常基础设施维护（门、窗、锁、管道、空调、绿化等）；

5、消防安全管理及消防设施例行检查及记录；

6、安保人员日常工作管理（厂区日常/夜间巡逻及记录）；

7、外籍员工租房及房屋设施费用管理（水/电/煤/电话/宽带/有线电视等）；

8、C-TPAT/SER/BSCI等各类审核协助；

9、其他人事行政相关事宜支持。

工作技能：

1、行政管理专业本科学历；

2、三年以上大型制造型外企相关工作经验；

3、认真负责及较强的抗压能力；

4、良好的沟通协调能力；

5、熟练的英语口语及书写能力；

6、居住地为浦东南汇者优先。
