JD:
Implement supplier improvement activities for defect reduction and process improvement.
?Set up advanced quality plans as well as corrective action plans with the supply base / project team.
?Supports all supply base / project team initiatives
?Drives PPAP approval process on new /actual suppliers
?Audits Suppliers Quality systems and / or processes at new /actual suppliers
?Benchmarks manufacturing process and drives implementation of best practices
?Drive the improvement of current suppliers and the development of new local suppliers
?Accountable for the quality of the suppliers
?Close collaboration with Engineering, Project team and Purchase
?Any other responsibility received from Quality Manager

Knowledge:
?Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality
?Experience in working within multinational teams
?English — is an advantage
?Experience in supplier Quality / Development from Compressor Industry is an advantage
?Knowledge and experience of casting, machining, motor and plastic is an advantage
?Minimum 3 years related work experience in the automotive industry. Experienced Supplier Quality Manager
?Effective team work skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
?Strong organizational skills to prioritize and execution of action plans
?Ability to meet commitments; results oriented
?Quality practices: APQP, PPAP, FMEA,8D,PCPA audits or similar audit experience, SPC, etc.

?Experience in Compressor Industry is an advantage
?Knowledge and experience of casting, machining, motor and plastic is an advantage
