Mission:
Lead a team of artists to produce high quality art assets for AAA games, following direction of Art Director


Responsibility:
- Understand technical and art requirement, and direct the art team
- Analyse task, plan and assign, follow up
- Assess production or technical risk and propose solution
- Organize regular team meeting for communication, planning and review
- Train team members and help them to improve
-Set individual objective for team member, follow up and evaluate their performance and competency Create and maintain the professional work environment and motivates team member

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree of Art (e.g. Art, Industrial Design, Architecture)
- Minimum 8 years art production experience in game industry (with at least 2 year as Lead Artist)
- Excellent 2D and 3D art skills (e.g. with Photoshop, Maya, 3D Max)
- Organized, detail oriented, good at problem solving and time management
- Project and People Management skills
- Intermediate to fluent level of English (both in written and oral)
