工作职责：Duties
1.贯彻执行公司各项规章、制度、规定和生产部的所有管理规定。
Carry out all the regulations and rules of company.
2.根据生产计划，合理安排所需的人员、设备、材料以及物流，按期完成计划。
According all kinds of production plans, arrange the manpower, equipment and materials reasonably, in order to finish the plan in time.
3.负责生产线人员的调配、培训、考勤、工艺纪律、劳动纪律、绩效考核、奖惩等管理。
Take charge of prepare, station assign, training, attendance, discipline, evaluation and so on.
4.执行生产部的各项考核细则，完成对生产班组的考核。
According the examine regulations; make a evaluation to the production team.
5.及时处理生产过程中发生的异常状态。
Deal with the abnormal situation in time.
6.按时完成每月的生产报表。
Finish the monthly report
7.完成年度工作目标，包括发展， 生产能力，质量和持续改进
fulfill annual goals, including development, productivity, quality and continuously improvement
8.安排好工程内的质量保证体系、环保体系、5S和安全生产等工作。
Arrange Quality assurance system, environmentalism system, 5S and safety production and so on well.
9.完成经理临时交办的任务。
Finish the additional task which was assigned by manager.

任职资格Requirements:
1.学历和专业Degree and Majority
(1)大专及以上学历。
Junior college and above
2.培训和资历 Training and Qualification
(1)精益生产 Lean production
(2)看板管理 KANBAN System
(3)工业工程 IE
(4)现场问题分析和解决 8D to resolve problems
(5)生产运营管理高级研修班 production operator management
3.工作经验Years of Working Experience
(1)从事3年以上实践工作经验，汽车制造业优先
Greater than 3 years of related production management experience.
4.核心技能和素质Key Skills and Competency
(1)具有组织生产的能力。熟悉本工程的工艺流程、设备性能。
Have the ability of organizing production. Be familiar with process flow and equipment capacity.
