JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:

The (senior) IE Engineer will report to the Manager of Assembly Technology and will responsible for industrial engineering functions in the Heidelberg Qingpu factory, means will take charge of:

• In charge of leading to implement technical changes in production line.
• Technical support on daily operation and problem solving.
• Create and maintain BOM, Routine, process time in ERP system according to technical Document from R&D.
• Initial or optimize work instruction for assembly according to technical Document from R&D.
• Develop and optimize assembly fixture, tooling for improve process capability and productivity.
• Manage and optimize production layout considering 3M flow.
• Lead and participate pilot assembly process for new products.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree majoring in mechanical or electrical engineering.

• Around 5 years practical experience in assembly planning, industrial engineering manufactory or related area preferably in foreign enterprise or joint venture.

• Familiar with computer (Microsoft Office, Auto CAD and UG).

• Good coordinating and communication skills.

• Ability of design and solve process problem independently.

• Knowledge and experience with planning software systems especially in SAP is preferred.

• Good English language skills both oral and written are must.
