JOB SUMMARY
The incumbent drives Security program and management system to ensure compliance with local law and regulations, and Corporate Security policy; to carry out periodic Security audit to all sites.
本职位主导安保项目和管理，确保中国法律法规、总部安保政策在公司内的实行，并主导安排审计。

KEY RESPONSIBILITY
1.Establishes corporate Security program and procedures to ensure protection of company personnel, information and property.
建立总部安保体系及流程，确保公司的人身、信息和财产的安全。
2.Responsible for reviewing of corporate Security procedures, training of security personnel on the changes of corporate Security procedures and tracking of all sites’ implementation of corporate Security procedures.
负责审核安保流程，根据总部安保流程培训相关人员，并审核工厂的安保实施状况。
3.Establishes corporate security audit standards and carries out periodic audits at all sites on implementation of corporate Security procedures.
建立总部安保审核标准，根据总部安保流程实施工厂审核。
4.Responsible for development of general technical security requirements and specifications; tracking of technical security system projects at all sites.
发展安保人员的通用技能，在工厂内推行技能安保系统。
5.Responsible for classification, compilation, analysis of security accidents and formulation of corresponding corrective/preventive measures at all sites.
分类、编辑及分析安保事故，防止事故的再次发生。
6.Responsible for submitting of all security reports and punctual reporting to Director, Security.
负责提交所有的安保报告，及时向安保总监进行汇报。
7.Ensures thorough irregularity and security incidents investigations.
确保彻底地调查安保事故。
8.Establishes and maintain liaison with relevant regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies.
与当地相关执法机构建立并维护良好的关系。

Requrrement:
1. Bachelor's degree.
本科及以上学历
2. At least 8 years' experience in law enforcement, intelligence or military organizations or in a security-related private sector job.
至少8年以上在执法部门、情报军事组织或安保单位的工作经验。
3. Fluency in English and Mandarin.
良好的中英文沟通能力。
4. Knowledge/ experience in the conduct of Corpate irregularity investigations.
具有处理总部安保调查的能力。
5. Knowledge/ experience in design and development of Techincal Security System.
具有设计和发展技能安保系统的能力。
