Job Responsibility:
1. Active participation in different stage of product development cycle in Agile mode.
2. Maintain existed QA automation workflow and make enhancement as requested.
3. Understand business requirements, design and develop test plans and test cases to ensure and gauge product quality.
4. Keep ownership in product modules assigned; be responsible for all necessary testing activities to ensure its quality.
5. Choose selective test cases to automate to effectively minimizing manual testing and leading to more effective code coverage.
6. Design and develop test automation for designated product features.
7. Create and maintain automated nightly build verification test.
8. Locate root cause of the product failures and anomalies.
9. Report status on testing.
10. Plan and execute tests efficiently for both manual and automated cases.
11. Run automation regression on a regular basis.
12. Cooperatively work with Business Analyst team and Developer team to get on the same page in regarding to issue clarification, schedule control, etc. towards a common sprint and release goal.
13. Communicate and document issues, experience actively.
Basic Requirements:
1. BS Degree or above in Computer Science or related major
2. English level
1) Basic English Level:
i. CET-4 (non-English major basic skills)
ii. CET-6 (non-English major proficiency)
iii. TEM-4 (English major basic skills)
iv. TEM-6 (English major proficiency)
v. Native level proficiency
2) Spoken English Level:
vi. Survival level communication

ix. Very Fluent
x. Native level Fluent
3) Reading + writing English Level:
xi. Write & Read with help of dictionary (technical documents only)

Technical Requirement
1. Minimum 4 years of relevant working experiences in testing; experience in testing products with complex functional logics.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in automated testing (or relative development experience). Demonstrated technical proficiency.
3. Deep understanding of software development life cycle, experience with Agile software development is preferred.
4. Have thorough understanding on product under testing, experienced in test case design.
5. Familiarity and experience with C# or Jscript.
6. Experience with UI test automation frameworks, experience with TestComplete is highly desirable.
7. Experience with SQL Server, proficient in SQL queries.
8. Good at maintaining existed resources and continuously striving to optimize upon.
9. Great team player with independent thought and collaboration with others.

1. Strong problem solving ability; demonstrate ability to learn and get things done.
2. Quick learner;
3. Working independently, and a good team player;
4. Excellent understanding and communication ability;
