岗位职责：
1.参与设计部门与业主的沟通协调，全面收集设计方案信息；
2.负责对设计估算、施工图预算、招标文件编制、工程量计算进行审核；
3.确保按质、按量、按时地完成整体设计项目预算工作；
4.项目投资分析，进行日常成本测算，提供设计变更成本建议；
5.随时搜集并申报市场资料价钱和新产物信息，掌握施工工艺及流程，树立和完美预算数据库。

任职资格：
1.建筑工程、造价、预算等相关专业大专或以上学历；
2.5年以上相关工作经验，具有造价师资格优先；
3.熟练掌握相关领域工程造价管理和成本控制流量，了解相关规定和政策；
4.善于撰写招标文件、合同及进行商务谈判；
5.工作严谨，善于沟通，具备良好的团队合作精神和职业操守；
6.卓越的执行能力，学习能力和独立工作能力。
