岗位职责概述：
1. 核对《学生档案》，邀请家长参加开学典礼；
2. 根据要求完成所带班级学员的电访：
1）提醒家长关注教学要求；
2）反馈学员学习情况；
3）邀请家长参加公开课和学校最新活动；
4）续班电话通知；
5）回访缺勤学员。
3. 邀约家长参加结业典礼；
4. 在良好服务的基础上完成续班工作；
5 妥善处理学生的抱怨及投诉；
6. 完成校长安排的其他事项，包括按时参加学校会议及公司安排的培训等；
7. 每周40小时工作制，做5休2，周末上班，周中休息。

任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历
2. 一年以上服务或销售工作经验（培训教育、酒店、旅游、保险行业的服务或销售经验优先）；
3. 亲和力强，主动、热情、有责任心强；
4. 出色的沟通能力，良好的客户服务意识。
