职位描述
I. Job Title: Customs/Shipping Supervisor
关务/船务 主管
II. Reporting to: SH Plant Manager
工厂经理
III. Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for Customs related issues;
Arrange proper logistic vendors for proper shipping of in/out bound products in a most cost effective & timely manner.
1.Purchase orders follow up and information update.
2.Contact assigned forwarders to arrange shipments.
3.Track the on-time delivery of shipments from several foreign suppliers.
4.Prepare logistics related documents for shipments and customs.
5.Coordinate with customs broker for import customs clearance.
6.Check the billing report of the forwarders and customs brokers monthly and payment application when necessary.
7.Make sure production schedule running smoothly based on sales order priority.
8.Update and maintain logistics record.
9.Logistics cost follow up.
10.Other assignments from supervisor.
IV. Major Requirements:
1.University/college graduate, major in logistics, international trade or other relevant is preferred;
2.At least 2 years working experience in logistics fields is a must, ideally in multinational companies.
3.Import & export experience is highly preferred.
4.Could use English as working language;
5.Familiar with oracle system operations.
6.Advanced pc skills, such as word, excel, etc.
7.Honest, good teamwork, detail-oriental and be flexible.
8.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
