主要职责:

1）公司日常的行政事务，前台接待及公司的后勤工作；

2) 负责来访客户的接待、基本咨询、登记和引见，协助整理文档和打印资料.;

3）公司部份资料的管理及处理传真/信件/包裹等的收发、整理和登记；

4）负责公司办公用品及其他物品的订购和管理；

5) 负责安排员工出差行程、会议室、酒店及机票的预定;

6）上级交办的其他工作；

申请要求：

1）中专或以上学历，英文或文秘专业，有办公室工作经验者优先考虑；

2）具备良好的日常办公事务处理能力，工作环境的适应能力；

3）工作仔细、责任心强，勤恳踏实，有良好的团队合作意识、服务意识和表达能力；

4）良好的计算机操作技能，熟练使用OFFICE办公软件；

5）熟悉政府各部门的办事程序；

6）良好的英文听说读写能力；

7）能够独立处理工作。

上班时间：

全职：周一至周五11:30-20:30

兼职：周一至周五 16:30-20:30
