职位职能: 生产主管/督导/领班/组长
职位描述:

岗位职责：

安全
1、对自己的员工的安全及健康负责，为他们创造安全的工作空间。
2、确保安全程序和规则得到遵守。 安全培训， 挂牌上锁，静电夹，防护罩，工作证制度和MOC流程得到贯彻。
3、确保所有人在现场佩戴合适的PPE
4、识别安全并消除风险，并及时汇报。
5、事故汇报和调查。采取包括纪律惩罚在内的各种行动以确保安全

质量
1、确保产品符合质量要求
2、确保员工遵循操作指导书和质量方针
3、确保所有的影响到质量的设备被合理操作、清洁和维护
4、与研发、QC一起处理质量问题，关心问题批次、一次合格率、得率和报废批以及质量投诉

客户服务
1、确保及时足量交货率满足客户需求，与销售、客服及时沟通可能存在的问题

成本
1、充分利用设备产能，关注设备停机时间、批量时间和原料效率。
2、对员工进行多技能培训以消除瓶颈岗位，确保高的计划完成率
3、与维修、工艺一起改进产能

人员管理
1、确保员工得到恰当培训，遵循工作流程。
2、员工进行多岗位培训。
3、通过管理手段包括惩戒手段，确保员工满足安全、质量和产能要求。
4、团队建设，维持员工士气，建立高效合作的团队。

要求：

1、男性、具有5年及以上相关工作经验，具有丰富的粉末涂料生产设备及工艺知识

2、能适应翻班工作，具有良好的承压性与沟通能力

3、Office系列软件及英语能力良好
