工作职责:
1.提供给客户专业的MES顾问服务，领导团队完成MES系统实施，架构，指导团队及客户并准时成功完成项目实施
2.领导团队完成客户需求分析，撰写需求文档并与用户确认
3.系统设计，架构并撰写系统设计说明书
4.核心模块设计与开发，指派开发任务，并协助项目经理跟踪进度
5.及时解决在项目实施中的首要技术问题加速项目进程
6.准备项目技术文档
7.提供满意的客户服务和维护支持服务
8.针对产品和系统对团队和客户的培训
要求:
1.3-5年以上IT/计算机工程师相或关工作经验，有制造业的经验和知识，具有半导体，电子，太阳能等高新产业经验者优先
2.精通.NET Framework 2.0, 3.0、ASP.Net, VB/C#, XML, Java/VB Script
3.精通Oracle, SQL Server等数据库SQL查询，存储过程等应用开发
4.领导并指导团体日常工作和项目实施
5.针对产品和系统进行培训
6.要求有很好的分析能力很强的客户沟通的能力，团队协作能力。

Responsibilities:
1.Providing professional MES consulting, be able to lead consultants/software engineers to implement MES system, frame, guiding team and client to accomplish the project timely.
3.Leading the requirement studies with clients and development team, requirement documentation and confirm with customer.
4.System design and architecture generate high-level design specification.
5.Core modules design and development, task assignment to team members, assisting project manager for schedule follow-up.
6.Resolve the top development issues to accelerate project progress.
7.Preparing technical documents for projects.
8.Providing customer satisfying services and maintenance support.
9.Organizing training on the system and product to both team and clients.
10.Preparing project proposal and demo set up.
11.Liaising with vendors on systems technical support.
12.Any other duties assigned by related superior.
Requirements:
1.Degree in Computing Science, IT or Engineering or equivalent with 3-5 plus years above related working experience is must.
2.Experience and knowledge in manufacturing environment, especially in Semiconductor, Electronic, Solar relevant high-tech electronics industry would be plus.
3.Strong programming skills in .net Framework 2.0 and 3.0, ASP.Net, VB/C#, XML, Java/VB Script.
4.Familiar with Oracle, SQL Server etc database SQL Query, PL/SQL stored procedure application development.
5.Leading and guiding associate consultants in day -to-day affairs and project implementation.
6.Orgnizing training on the system and products.
7.Analytic and be able to communicate with all the levels.
8.Strong customer communication, teamworker, and verbal/written communication skills is required.
9.Willing to travel.
