ey Focus:
Finance leader for Shandong JV
Provide financial analysis, budgeting & forecast review
Maintain accounting and financial control structure
Continuous improvement of accounting processes
Finance & accounting operation of Shanghai Trading, Beijing Branch, Guangzhou Branch & Regional Headquarter
Financial leadership and support on the JV covering cost analysis, reporting and forecasting, working capital analysis, internal audit.

Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to site finance function in the area of cost accounting and manufacturing/business support (e.g., weekly / monthly reporting, forecast, AOP, accounting treatment, etc.…)
Identify key manufacturing drivers for short term and long term profitability in support to manufacturing and business leadership
Maintain a strong and results driven relationship with all levels of management
Work to improve reporting and analytical tools and processes in concert with regional and global performance reporting initiatives (including regional super-user support for InSite, SAP and other improvement initiatives).
Maintain and optimize the closing procedures, working closely with corporate, CoE and manufacturing personnel to ensure process completion.
Provide day-to-day manufacturing financial support via cost analysis, reporting and forecasting, working capital analysis and process improvement to management.
Provide financial and other support for regional and global initiatives (e.g., special projects including M&A transition support).
Develop control procedures and ensure proper internal controls over the use of assets, ensure compliance with corporate policies & procedures and local statutory requirements.
Liaison with the auditors, banks, tax and other government authorities on all finance and tax-related matters.
Statutory report review and tax report review
Internal and External audit follow up and final review
Provide financial support on the JV covering cost analysis, reporting and forecasting, working capital analysis, internal audit.
Involve in M&A Project integration related to finance function

Job Requirements:
10 plus years relevant experiences in finance & accounting function in foreign enterprises, at least 5 years in manufacturing finance function.
Good knowledge in month end close, reporting, forecast and financial analysis
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA/ACCA preferred.
Knowledge in both U.S and PRC GAAP
Self motivated, independent, performance driven and able to work under pressure
Advanced level of MS-Office skills, Lotus Notes & ERP system, SAP expertise strongly preferred.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
Strong communication skills
Analytical and accurate, flexible and adaptable to positive change
A high standard of personal integrity and decisiveness
People management experiences preferred.
