职位描述
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Obtain and key complete, accurate updated customer information (name, address, phone number…) into customer system from customer letters;
-Receive and key in customer orders into order system through customer letters;
-Handle written forms received by customers;
-Verify customer prepayment and reconcile with order form; Assure customer data and orders are correct and hasn’t been entered twice.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-1-2 years of data entry experience preferred;
-Initiative, responsible, self-motivated, independent, customer focus, and team player;
-Well-developed sense of urgency and follow through;
-Proficient in MS office tools.
