职位描述
1.负责制冷压缩机油和其他合成润滑油的业务开发
2.为潜在及现有客户提供产品知识、技术培训，发现潜在客户的问题和机会点，协助公司技术团队提供解决方案
3.与国外的技术和客服部门进行联系、协调，为客户提供技术支持和服务
4.管理及激励经销商销售团队，对OEM客户推广产品和解决方案
5.完成公司制订的客户指标和业务指标
6.工作地点为上海市，向部门经理汇报工作
职位要求：
1.大专以上学历，制冷设备、技术或化学化工及相关专业者优先
2.三年以上工业润滑油销售经验，有制冷压缩机或工业合成润滑油行业经验优先
3.三年以上销售经验,有大客户开发的成功经验者优先
4.有较强的分析、判断能力，并有一定的谈判技巧
5.勇于承担工作压力，并愿意接受挑战，吃苦耐劳
6.具有团队精神,并善于自我管理
7.熟练使用电脑, 有较好的英语听说读写能力
