Responsibilities:

• Create and communicate weekly summaries of current stock positions with planning tools based on agreed buying and trade plans
• Review in country forecasts and track accuracy against actuals and communicate weekly (Links to Forecast Accuracy KPI)
• Co-ordinate weekly meetings by area to support the operational review of the Supply Chain
• Calculate and communicate Delivered Service level information to the teams. Investigate and resolve issues with the buying and technical teams (Links to Steering Wheel)
• Inventory management of all Service Providers and provide full visibility of stock holding and ordering information. Update weekly and communicate to each area (Link to wastage KPI)
• Analyse End to End supply chain information and highlighted issues to key stakeholders to resolve any issues
• Support the ordering process as required based on buying model agreements
• This will be achieved through working closely with the Group Food buyers and the in country teams and helping to develop the processes and tools to support the job

Requirements:

• at least 2 years working experiences in related role in international company
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Working to deadlines in a fast moving environment
• Fluent in both written and oral English
