岗位职责：

· 参与产品和项目的需求分析、设计
· 完成产品和项目的模块开发、算法实现
· 完成产品和项目的算法优化
· 能够完成产品和项目的技术文档编写
· 有效进行配置管理和软件发布
· 有效完成单元测试，以及集成和系统测试的开发支持
· 和客户沟通，并提供关键问题的解决方案
· 跨团队沟通，并有效支持同事

岗位要求

· 具备计算机相关的本科及以上学历
· 具备良好的中文、英文读、写和口头沟通能力
· 具备良好的团队协作精神，拥有良好的跨团队沟通技巧
· 好学、上进、责任心强，能够有效管理压力、具备敢做的精神
· 了解J2EE/SQL/性能优化/多层结构/设计模式/算法/数据结构，并熟练进行 JAVA/HTML/CSS/SQL编程
· 能够对Linux系统、数据库进行操作
· 具备相关的实际产品和项目开发经验
