Job description:

Provide technical support and training for customer and partner.

After sales technical support and conduct R&R process.

Field service (on site support) for customer, conduct/support field trial and testing.

, Gather technical info from customer/competitor and feed back to R&D.

Technical document translation and preparation.

Qualification:

Bachelor degree.

Major in electronic, automation or equivalent.

Min 2 years related working experience.

Capabilities:

Familiar with international technical support or after sales support process.

Fluent oral and writing English.

Good interpersonal and communication skill.

Capable of frequent international travels.
