Key Responsibilities:
1. Master the Core Solution settings and process, BI reports and all the project tools needed for deployment (settings, test cases, project documentation, tracking tool...);
2. Participate to the definition & set-up of specific chinese/asia processes which could be not yet taken into account in the Core Solution V2, put in place local settings in line with the Core Solution;
3. Implement the M3 Core Solution using Project Tools;
4. Perform initial training of chinese/asia key users in line with the Core Solution;
5. Evaluate the local users skill and autonomy in daily tasks (audit, questionnaire...);
6. Validate the Core Business Cases and add the Local Business Cases in collaboration with the Local KUs under control of Group Function Leaders validation;
7. Support the Data Migration activities and interface deployment;
8. Provide ERP system support to the Local KUs during project and after Go Live;
9. Propose a solution coordinated with Group FLs concerning the eventual local issues;
10. Organize regular M3 training for new comers.

Work Experience Requirements:
1. Experience: 3-5 years minimum as internal or external ERP business consultant for manufacturing MNC;
2. M3/ERP knowledge: settings and processes of order management, supply chain planning, method, manufacturing, product costing etc.;
3. Technical Skills: SQL, knowledge of ERP structure;
4. Communication skills: Open minded, team-working spirit and coordination skill, English is must;
5. Must be mobile in Asia regions, mainly China.

Education Requirements:
1. Should have a computer science or business degree with high motivation in ERP management;
2. The candidate should be fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
