Qualification:
-Completed College / University Engineer Degree.
大专及以上学历，工程类专业；
-5 years minimum experience in manufacturing industry, automobile preferred.
至少五年制造业工作经验，汽车行业尤佳；
-Good technical skills on Process and Product, Lean Production as must.
在过程和产品方面有良好的技术，掌握精益生产知识；
-Have certain English foundation.
有一定的英文基础。

Responsibilities:
-Follow and complying with Central Engineering Development guide.
跟进和遵循工程中心发展导向；
-Responsible for Process Capability, Control Plan, Equipment Capability and PFMEA.
负责过程工艺能力、控制计划、设备产能及过程失效和结果分析；
-Responsible for assurance, maintaining and improvement of Process / Equipment Cycle Time, taking actions as needed, reporting and suggesting improvements to Unit Manager.
负责过程工艺及设备周期时间的确认、维持和改进,向部门经理报告并提出改进，根据需要采取措施；
-Communicate to Unit Manager of any Process / Equipment Layout modification in order to assure Continues Improvement.
就过程工艺及设备布局调整与部门经理沟通，确保持续改进；
-Follow Production Indicators (as Output, Scrap %, Change Over Time, Downtime and Quality Yield Rate % ) supporting assigned area Supervisor and Manager to maintain and improve process.
跟进生产指标（例如输出量,报废比率,转换时间 ,停机时间和质量收益率)，在过程工艺的维持和改进方面，为区域主管和经理提供支持；
-Assist area Supervisor and Unit Manager in the Daily Unit Process Indicators follow up.
协助区域主管和部门经理跟进日常过程工艺指标；
-Participate and Support New Project development on; Process definition – Process Flow – Control Process – Layout – Equipment - Fixture design and validation; assuring the continuity of Process Improvement and Industrial Development.
参与和支持新项目的开发,流程定义-工序流程-控制过程-布局-设备-夹具设计和验证;保证过程工艺改进和工业发展的连续性。
