Job Description职位描述:

1. Handle daily QC matters such as inspection report/inspection pictures etc., continuously improve FQC items;
处理质量部门的日常事件，比如检验报告、检验图片等, 不断改进终检项目；
2. Claim handling from customers and feedback to suppliers also tracking improvements，publish the status regularly;
客户索赔处理需反馈给供应商并跟踪供应商方面的改进，定期发布相关内容状态；
3. Perform supplier on-site capability assessment/guidance, yearly audit, review supplier control plans, coordinate supplier continuous improvement programs;
对供应商质量保证能力的评审和管理, 年度审核, 协助供应商进行质量保证能力的改善和提高;
4. Participate in quality control system, training provided to QCs and suppliers;
参与公司质量管理体系, 对质检员和供应商进行培训;
5. Be responsible for the company product certification, certification planning, and arrange specific details of the implementation, all the environmental issues such as ISO 14001 plus all these questionaires’ from our customer’s reg. scrap metal, chemicals, etc;
负责公司产品认证, 制定产品认证计划, 并安排具体细节的落实, 所有的ISO如 14001等，加上客户这边的调查比如废料，金属，化工等问题的及时反馈;
6. Tracking testing and certification process, supervision and coordination of relevant personnel to debug the rectification, publish the status regularly;
追踪认证测试过程中的问题, 协调督促相关人员进行调试整改, 定期发布相关内容状态;
7. Other tasks assigned by manager;
上级交办的其他工作;

Requirements职位要求:

1. Mechanical engineering background with the ability to read/understand drawings, perform on-site quality inspection;
机械工程相关背景, 有能力读懂图纸并且能执行现场检验;
2. 3-5 years of quality management experience, certification experience is a must, ISO/QS auditing experience is preferred;
3-5年的质量管理经验, 必须有认证经验, 有ISO9001/ISO14001/QS审核经验者优先;
3. An experienced background in various types of manufacturing with specific knowledge of sheet metal processes, powder coating process, plastic moulding process etc. is preferred;
具有板金生产工艺, 喷涂工艺, 塑料模具工艺等多样化生产经验者优先;
4. Thorough knowledge of quality methods and systems is required (statistics, reliability, sampling, and auditing);
全面的质量管理系统知识(统计, 可靠性, 取样和审核);
5. Must have car license also can drive the car by ownself; Willing to travel for business;
必须具有驾驶证并能独立驾驶;能适应出差;
6. Has to speak and write English in a very good level;
必须具备非常好的英语口头和书写能力;
7. Open mind and willing to learn;
开放的心态并且愿意学习;
